Efficient Apparel Manufacturing Process – How We Work at Niaz Garments

At Niaz Garment Industries, we have streamlined our production process to make bringing your designs to life simple, professional, and efficient. Here’s how we work:

1. Design Submission
Getting started is easy!
Send us your completed designs with all necessary details, including labels, tags, fabric/material requirements, and any embroidery or print instructions.
(We can also quote for custom labels, notions, tags, and packaging!)
If you have a spec sheet, you can include that too.

2. Product Development
Once you accept our quote, a dedicated account manager will work closely with you.
We provide consultation on fabric selection, sourcing trims, and finalizing all details needed to create your tech packs and samples. We also advise on sizing and production methods to ensure the best results for your designs.

3. Tech Pack Development
After finalizing the details, our in-house design team will create a complete tech pack for your approval.
This includes mockups for labels, trims, and packaging.
A tech pack is a detailed specification sheet that outlines everything — fabric selections, trims, mockups, stitching guides, seam placements, and other production notes.

4. Samples and Prototyping
Once you approve the tech pack, we move to sample production.
We will send you the samples to review carefully.
If any changes are needed, you can share your feedback and we’ll adjust before creating final pre-production samples.

5. Bulk Production
After you approve the samples and confirm the changes (if any), we use the signed-off sample as a production reference.
Once we receive your down payment, we begin bulk production under strict quality monitoring.

6. Quality Control Inspection
Before shipment, our quality control specialists thoroughly inspect each order.
We check for any defects, verify measurements, colors, finishing, and ensure that every item meets the highest standards.

7. Delivery
Finally, we handle all export documentation and coordinate delivery to your destination.
We make sure your products reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition.
