PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

After the quote is accepted, a dedicated and friendly account manager will discuss and assist you by providing consultation on the fabrics, sourcing of trims and getting the details sorted out to create the tech packs and samples. We will also provide advice on sizing and what is the best way to make your designs.

TECH PACKS DEVELOPMENT

After all the details has been sorted out, our in house design team will create a tech pack for you to approve and sign off before we start on the sampling process. Mock ups for labels and packaging will also be sent to you to approve before we start.
What is a tech pack? A tech pack is basically a specification sheet to illustrate how to create your design, with selection of fabrics, trims, mock ups, visual examples of seams among others details that will be included.

SAMPLES AND PROTOTYPING

After you have approved the tech packs, we will proceed to create your samples.
Once you have received the samples of knitted apparel manufacturing, please check for any amendments to be done and send us the details and comments for the pre-production samples to be made if required.

BULK PRODUCTION

Once you received your samples, check them and send the required changes and approved samples back to us to be used as the reference for bulk production of your order.
Once we received the approved samples and the down payment, we will start on the bulk production of your order.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION

Once production of knitted apparel is completed, our own team of quality control specialists will check on your order for any issues before we pack and prepare your order for shipping.

DELIVERY

And finally to the best bit!
We will handle the pesky export paperwork and co-ordinate the delivery to your destination.
